Team Work
In the 2008/2009 school year we worked as a staff
to learn new technologies that will enable us
to use virtual classrooms and to create online
learning objects. Our goal is to further engage
our students in their Distributed Learning courses.
We attended the BC EdOnline Conference in Vancouver
in April of 2008 in order to see what the rest
of the province is providing for Distributed Learning.
We were pleased to find that we provide a program that measures up to and quite possibly exceeds what the rest of the province is providing. Our commitment to meeting with students face to face once a week enables us to establish positive relationships with students and better help them reach their educational goals.
